My online strength & nutrition coaching gives you everything you need to succeed, with unlimited support from me along the way for motivation, technique help, nutrition advice and everything in-between!
Pricing - £125 per calendar month

About Me
Active since childhood, I’ve trained extensively in a mixture of sports and martial arts. After sustaining some pretty dramatic eye injuries leading up to a Muay Thai competition, I fell into inactivity for a few years and felt the consequences, both mentally and physically. In 2014, I put a barbell on my shoulders for the first time and never looked back! Strength training has really transformed my life in a good way, and I'm passionate about helping others get into it - whether they're inactive right now, or simply looking to take things to a new level.
With a love for cooking and education in nutrition, I focus on practical, gradual changes to help clients with weight loss, muscle gain, or performance nutrition. I tailor training and nutrition to fit each person, no matter their age or experience.
